100 Ways to Murder a Clown
An installation piece based on how people interpret symbolism using a specific method of the primary colors and various art supplies in order to create Rorschach inkblot tests. The inblots were a series of 100 random symbols or patterns made with various art supplies, such as rubber bands, air cans, string, and other random supplies, then folded in half to create a pattern or random symbol. In the center is a placemat for the accordion-style methods book. In the experiment, whether people are in a group or alone, they interpret forms differently, giving different answers.
