BeHerd is a website-based game that’s supposed to help teach boys how to interact and have conversations with their peers, girls, and teachers in a respectful manner. The game has three levels with sports-related themes to resonate with a 10-13-year-old boy audience. The levels go through various narrative-based scenarios with statistics about Toledo and the U.S., while the information is meant to give them tips for navigating those scenarios in real life, such as how to stop being a bystander.
